The Residence offers a large swimming pool for adults 18 meters x 8 meters and a children's pool with Jacuzzi to spend hours relaxing in the green.

The Residence has the sauna adjacent to the pool to be able to relax after a long day. The children's pool with Jacuzzi, along with playground provides entertainment to your children. The residence also has a small bar with coffee, ice cream, soft drinks, fine wines, aggregation point to make friends or to spend relaxing moments. The Bar in the evening by candlelight with good music creates a unique atmosphere.

The Segattini family extends its welcome to all other families! Our Residence Segattini provides a warm and cosy atmosphere where families will feel specially at home. Its spacious apartments are all equipped with a microwave oven, with cots and high-chairs on request, and access to a common washing machine, all free of charge in order cover all the essential needs of our visitors.

There is a large garden area with a small playground and attractive kids' swimming pool, a perfect place for your children to play happily surrounded by green but which also allows parents to enjoy pool and sun while keeping an eye on their young ones. In addition to the playground and kids' pool, the Residence also offers ping-pong facilities, tennis courts providing ample amusement even to older children.
