Rates Summer 2016

1. Reservation is binding when a deposit of 200,00 € has been made and confirmed.
2. The apartments are to be left the day of departure before 10 a.m.
3. The day of arrival, apartments are at your disposal from 4 p.m.
4. Final cleaning charge: 60,00.- Euro.
5. Local tax: 1,70.- Euro for each person a day. Children younger than 14 years are free. 
6. In the price the Mobilecard is included: With the Mobilecard you can make full use of South Tyrol's Integrated public transport, which includes: Regional train services in South Tyrol (from Brennero to Trento and from Malles to S. Candido); local bus services (urban, extra-urban and city bus services); Renon, Maranya, San Genesio, Meltina and Verano ropeways; Renon tram and Mendola funicular; The PostAuto Schweiz bus service between Malles and Münstair;
7. SAT, heating, electricity, parking, completely furnished kitchen (ceramic stove tops, fridge), bathroom with shower and WC, hair-dryer and bidet, safe, Sat-TV, bed linen, towels are included.
8. Pets are not allowed.
9. For every additional person in the apartment we charge 15-20.- Euro per day.
