Price Cat. A and B per apartment per day based on two people sharing

Price Cat. C per apartment per day based on two to four people sharing

Extra person stay (on sofa bed):

The rate for each additional person is Euro 8,00 up to the age of 5 and Euro 15,00 from the age of 6.

All of the following is provided free of charge:

• for breakfast: service of providing you with fresh bread in the morning

• for diner: -10% reduction in some restaurants

• a wifi connection per apartment

• finnish sauna

• low-temperature infrared cabin

• own indoor swimming pool (approx. 250m from the Eden, in our private-home)

• parking spaces and car park

• lounge (also suitable for bigger groups) with a small library and wifi access

• a big sun deck with several corner seating units and deckchairs

• elevator

• backpack and panorama map for your walks

• service room with vacuum cleaner and cleaning appliances, iron/ironing board

• if required: other special kitchen utensils

• ski storage area and ski boot heaters,

• small mountain bike storage

• -10% discount in a sci rental shop

• sheets and towels

• fresh sheets and towels are supplied at the arrival and weekly once more if wanted.

• heating, water, electricity

• information signs and brochures.

Other services available for a minimum of extra charge:
additional wifi connections per apartment, dressing gown, washing and drying facilities, extra cleaning service, extra towels or bedding.

Final Cleaning:
It amounts to € 35,00 – 60,00 per apartment, depending on the number of guests in the apartment and on season of year.

Visitor's tax:
From the year 2014 Euro 1,00 per day and person from 14 years.

Dogs:
We are also a dog friendly apartment hotel. Dogs are welcome - free!
We thank you for your understanding that we will only charge once Euro 10,00 - 15,00 for the special cleaning for the apartment depending on the duration of stay and the number and race of dogs.

Minimum stay:
The minimum stay is two nights throughout the year and there could belonger stay restrictions in peak season!

Arrival and Departure:
Rooms are available from 2.00 pm on day of arrival. Guests arriving after 5 pm should contact the property prior to arrival. We ask that guests leave the apartment before 10.00 am. This allows time for our cleaner to ensure a fresh start for new guests. We allow guests to leave luggage during the day of their check-in or checkout.

Booking:
All accommodation reservations must be made in writing. Once a reservation has been confirmed, Apparthotel Eden will confirm the reservation back in writing via fax, letter or e-mail. A deposit, which depends on length of stay, number of people and season of the year is required to secure your reservation. To avoid misunderstandings we would like to remind you that a reservation constitutes a legal contract for both parties.

Payment:
Payment can be made by cash or credit cards. We can accept cash just to an amount of Euro 999,00 (Italian law) and credit cards from Euro 250,00.

Cancellation requirements:
The cancellation has to be written.
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:
Cancellation within 3 week before arrival: the deposit will be send back, but a processing charge of Euro 20,00 will be charged.
Cancellation within 21-15 days before arrival: the deposit will be charged
Cancellation within 15-8 days before arrival: 50% of the total price
Cancellation from 7 days or less before arrival, late arrival or early departure: 80% of the total price.
