We wish you a hearty welcome to the Guest House Gartenheim in Scena near Merano in the splendid alpine region of South Tyrol. Our house offers you breathtaking views of the town of Merano and its surroundings and has hosted guests spending their vacation in Scena since 1957.

Located in the middle of the Sarn Valley at 1021 meters, we are in an interesting geographical point, being the crossroads for Val di Pennes and Valdurna with its lake and nearby ski lifts and the ski area of ​​San Martino (also open during the summer).

Our hotel „Zum Weißen Rössl“ (white steed) is located in the centre of Sarntal, embedded amidst spectacular mountains. The traditional guesthouse is ideal for families with children and all those looking for relaxation and peace.

Our hotel is a family business, situated in a sunny hillside location in San Martino near the skiing area. Whilst our hotel is the ideal base for skiers in winter, it is also a perfect base and starting point for keen walkers in summer.Our three star hotel can cater for up to 60 guests. 

The Family-run Hotel is open all year-round and guarantees relax and variety in all seasons. The village Luttach/Lutago lies at the food of the mountain "Schwarzenstein" on the sunny south side of Alps main ridge.
