Our hotel is located directly along the famed "Chestnut Trail." During the renovations in 2006, we have made a consistent effort to integrate the chestnut, its cheerful image, and its unmistakable flavor in our hotel's atmosphere. Our hotel's own "Castanea" line of cosmetics is a perfect example of this comprehensive concept.

The Unterwirt has been the meeting-point at the main square of Velturno for 150 years and 5 generations have been caring about their guests and still do so with devotion and personal care.
