Arrival and departure :
Your booked hotel rooms you can obtain on arrival from 14 ° °  oclock , and   please leave  your  room on departure day  until  10 ° °  oclock .
Should you arrive after the 19.00 clock , we ask you for a telephone message .

Wellness:
Rental of bath robe ... € 5.00 - . Slippers ... € 2,00 . -
Sauna towels are available free of charge.

Pets:
You can bring small dogs by arrangement. We have provided this own hotel room. Daily rate   € 7.00  to  10.00 - . Excluding food.

Internet:
In the lounges we have Wi-Fi connection .  In the rooms
you can have connection with the cable network. Costs € 1.00 . - per hour.

Payment options:
Your hotel costs you can  pay  also use bank transfer prior to arrival, or

Parking and garage :
Directly  at  the hotel has a large parking area for your car free of charge. If desired, you can also book our garages.

Cancellation conditions:
The cancellation of a room reservation is valid only in writing .
Up to 20 days before date of arrival no cancellation costs , until 10 days before your arrival we charge 40 % of the arrangement booked , from 10 days before we charge 70 % of the booked trip . In case of early departure we charge for not enjoyed holidays  70% .
