Reductions

Booking conditions:

• Reservation is valid only after you have received a confirmation e-mail from us
• We request a confirmatory deposit of 200€ per person to be paid via bank transfer or postal order.
• We accept payments in cash, Pagobancomat, CartaSì, Visa and Mastercard (No American Express)
• Treatment chosen upon making a reservation must be kept for the whole duration of the stay
• Meals that are not consumed are not reimbursed

Cancellation policy:

• It can happen to need to cancel a holiday: if the communication arrives within 60 days from the date of arrival, the cancellation will be effective without any penalty. After that deadline the deposit will be kept.
• In case of anticipated departure or late arrival the non benefited booked period will be charged with B&B prices.

Arrival and departure:

Check-in:

• check-in available from 3pm
• we kindly ask you to inform us in case you are arriving after 7pm

Check-out:

• Our kind guests are invited to leave their room until 10am
• Late check-out not agreed with the director will be charged extra 50€ if the room is left until 2pm
