The kitchen is the heart of our hotel. Daughter Daniela and her kitchen team spoil you with culinary highlights every day. Daniela carefully selects the ingredients and always prefers seasonal and regional products from organic growth from nearby farms. With a lot of love and taste she creates home-made specialities from the Ultental Valley and from South Tyrol.

Relax in our wellness area with a light-flooded indoor pool, Jacuzzi, Finnish sauna, steam bath and relaxation room. Our pampering treatments with alpine herbs from Ultental like Alpine rose, hay flowers, whey and wool provide pure relaxation. The herbs are grown and hand-picked by the farmers in the valley.

Ultental Valley - a summer and winter dream

The Ultental Valley is a very idyllic valley near Meran and one of the most unspoiled valleys in South Tyrol. Here you can enjoy natural pampering programmes and discover the unique surrounding mountain landscape. Hikingon 740 km of hiking paths, cycling and Nordic walking in summer, and skiing in the Schwemmalm ski resort, cross-country skiing and snow-shoe hiking in the Ortler area in winter.
