Wellness Centre (only for adults) with Sauna, vitarium, whirlpool bath, Turkish Bath, relax zone, Kneipp path. All the necessary for wellness centre; sauna towel, bathrobe , personalized slippers (the last one are as free gift)
Kidsclub with babysitting service from 16.30 to 22.00 (from 3 Years)

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:

The reservations will be confirmed just receiving a deposit (30% opf the total) on our bank account.

Arrival: On the day of arrival the flats are available from 3 pm. If you arrive after 8 pm, please let us know. If you arrive later that the reserved day, we will charge you 100% of the full booked period.

Departure: On the day of departure please leave the flat empty by 10,00 am. If you leave early, we will charge you 100% of the full booked period. The bill can be payd the evening before leaving from 19.30 to 22.00 and in the morning of the departure day from 08.00 to 10.00

Payment: We accept credit card or bamcomat (VISA AND MASTERCARD - NO AMERIKAN EXPRESS).

Smokers and no-smokers: Pursuant to new National legislation (Art. 1 Law n. 584 of 11.01.1975 – D.P.C. 14.12.1995) it is forbidden to smoke in public places, including hotels. The sanctions are very high for both proprietors and violators, therefore we are sorry to inform you that from 10.01.2005 smoking is no longer allowed in any parts of the Residence (including the flats).

Cancellation: Bookings must be cancelled in writing. For cancellations up to 30 days prior to the arrival date we will refund your deposit; if you cancel after this term you will lose your deposit. Generally EU regulations are applied for cancelling holiday and travel bookings. If you cancel a hotel booking or arrive late or leave early, we will invoice you for the full booked period or we will retain your deposit. The International cancellation regulations are applied. (place of jurisdiction Belluno Court).

Animals: We accept small pets and the cost for them is 5,00 € per day

Rates are given per week with the final cleaning and linen included. For stays shorter than 3 nights we’ll charge a 3% supplement on the price list. On request, the cost for using the services of the hotel has a subsidized cost.
