The architecture is set in the traditional Dolomites-Alpine style, with the structure decorated with many wooden finishings craftsmanly engraved. Even a particular attention was brought to the furnishings, using natural untreated materials throughout the entire hotel.

The Dolomites Hotel ADLER Carezza is in a great location on 1.400m (4.600ft) above sea level amidst of the dense spruce woods of the Latemar forest and just next to the mountain river 'Pukolin'. In front of Hotel ADLER there are several pathways leaving into higher elevations and reaching the peaks of the Dolomites mountains of Rosengarten and Latemar, the protected rims of the Dolomites UNESCO Natural Heritage.

The public means stop in front of the hotel and lets you get everywhere in the neighbourhood. During daytime frequent connections to Carezza Ski slopes (5mins bus ride, or 1,6km - one mile - walking distance), lifts are also operated in summer to ease access to hiking trails, trekking excursions and via ferrata. Other destinations are Nova Levante (3km), Vigo di Fassa (12km) and Bolzano (22km).

The hotel has a cozy bar, an excellent restaurant where mamma is the chef, open to guests staying at the hotel, a lounge with library, business meeting facilities (up to 20 participants), free Wlan, thorughout the enitre hotel, a newly build relaxation area including a classical Finn sauna with panoramic view, a steam bath with aroma therapy, a soothing shower, and comfortable deck chairs in the relaxing room.
