For the rooms:

• Prices are intended per person per day (over 3 nights’ stay) and include buffet breakfast and daily cleaning.
• Supplement for 1 to 3 night stays: € 6,00 - € 15,00.
• Babys: € 15,00 per day, on the Fanes / Plaies room - 50% 
• 50% reduction for children up to 5 years old (in the parents’ room).
• 30% reduction for kids 6 to 11 years old (in the parents’ room).
• Supplement half board (in the near Hotel) : about € 24,00 for adults, € 15,00 for kids.
• Small animal ( only 1 per room / apartment, only on request) Euro 10,00 for day 

In the price are also included:

• The “Diamant Guest card”: – 10% discount in some restaurants, in the Ski Rental Skipoint  and in the Estetic Studio Irmy.
• Hydromassage
• Finnish sauna, infrared cabin Physiotherm Luis Trenker and Turkish bath
• Mountain bike (summer)
• Little gym (Fitness room)
• Ski depot with boot dryers
• Garden with table tennis, barbecue and games for children
• 2 amusement arcade for children
• Kitchen for babies’ care
• TV room and “Stube” in arolla pine (“cirmolo”)
• Wireless internet with your own laptop

• Ski Mobile Dolomites Card: free use of all Skibus and Mareobus services as well as of all means of public transport (buses and trains) in Pusteria Valley. 10% discount in some shops ... and more besides!

Prices apartments summer

For the apartments:

• Prices  are intended per apartment per day (over one week’s stay). The apartments are equipped with dishwasher, bathroom and  bedroom linen and tablecloths.
• Fresh bread and fresh milk service (products not included).
• Supplement for buffet breakfast: € 8,00; children  up to 5 years old: € 4,00.
• Final cleaning: € 45,00.
• Daily cleaning: on request. 
• Additional bed / sofa bed: € 15,00 / € 30,00.
• The apartments are available between 3.00 pm and  4.00 pm on the arrival day and have to be cleared by 9.00 am on the departure day.
• Small animal ( only 1 per room / apartment and only prior authorization) € 10,00 for day
