Our apartments

Appartment description  (both appartments are identically constructed) Our two appartments consist of a living roon with an open kitchen as well as a bed room and a hall and are perfect for 2 - 4 persons. They are situated at the ground floor of the house and have both their own appartment access and a reserved parking place for the car. Each appartment has a separate gas heating.

At the south side of the house both appartments have a nice terrace and the house is sourrounded by a nice garden.

The rooms are spacious,  comfortable and  friendly and are furnished with wooden furniture. There is a nice corner bench and a big table as well as a couch which could be used also as a single or double bed. 

The kitchens consist of a fridge, glass ceramic cook surface, cooker and a dish washer as well as a complete set of dishes for 8 persons. 

The baths consist of toilet, sink, shower, bidet and washing machine.

The bed rooms are comfortably  furnished with wooden furniture. 

The halls have both a spacious wall cupboard for clothes  and shoes.

Bed linen, bath and kitchen laundry are included in the price. 

Final cleaning and parking place are included in the price. 

Our house “ciasa tlara” provides two holiday apartments of each 65 m2 and is located quiet and sunnily on the countryside. It is only 5 minutes to walk from the city center and in about 10 minutes distance to the ski runs of “miara” - Kronplatz.
