The trentina cooking tradition consists of tasty cheese, hams, salamis, of first dishes that are at the  same time poor but very tasty, of delicious smoky polenta. Typical local dishes cooked in the best  way with local products of very high quality, mainly of biological origin with a spoonful of  creativity in dishes prepared with seasonal ingredients. The cook prepares home-made pasta and  main courses, bread and cakes.

Our rooms are not only a place where to pass or to stay overnight, they are rooms with views and  relaxing spaces, where wood with warm shades and precious materials dominate.

All our rooms are different from each other and distinguish themselves for the peculiar alpine  furniture.

The agricultural company is located in Festa di Brentonico, in the heart of Brentonico upland,  where nature and time have preserved a fundamental role: the same that they used to have a  hundred years ago, when cheese was still cooked with sticks of wood.

Now we use steam to cook it, but milk and cheese preserved the same organic features of the products of those years, Our history is an history of innovation in tradition, made of passion and hard work, in total respect  of nature.

These are the strong motivation that led us to pass to a natural production: to obtain a  genuine cheese rich of tastes, like the one they used to product years ago. We deal with production and seasoning of cheese exclusively obtained from milk of our breeding.

Through our shop we also sell directly many of the cheese we produce. The agricultural company produces hand-made cheese, dairy products of first quality, genuine meat  and sausages.
